  The property we were renting in Moonee Ponds was managed by Brad Teal for the owners.
  
  The phone operated security door of our building was intermittently not working. Of course the agency found that it was working when they checked it and transferred the fee to us. They did not close the matter until we shot a video of the door not working, presented statements of other tenants in the building and involved Tenants Vic.
  
  They unfairly deducted our bond money for "further cleaning" after finding marks such as rust spots on the mirror in the bathroom. If we weren't having a baby when we vacated the property we would have contested that. They even tried to deduct more citing marks on the walls which existed before we took posession - but of course reminding them about the pictures I had sent when we took possession shut them up.
  
  Stay clear if you can. If not have documented proof for every detail.

  Louis Saba has been extremely easy to deal with. His communication has been prompt, clear and his dealings transparent. I have been very happy with the whole transaction this far!

  A perfect example of a realestate agent that’s not ready for the new reality of the realestate market (slowdown )

  Joy Liakis was a professional and ethical agent all the way. This is a very large agency but despite that I felt I received very personal service. I feel I was very lucky to have had Joy acting for me. Probably the only con was that I did feel pressured by Bruce the auctioneer on the day to accept a lower value on my house than I thought appropriate and this caused me some anxiety. But Joy did listen to my concerns in the end and together I feel we worked together for a win win outcome and the right price post auction.
